Support Format

NOTE: If your format isn't like this, your troubles typed here will be hard to fix. It would be all this rubbish within a tiny paragraph. We want to know each and every bit.

1. Try to include as much information as possible about what the problem is
2. Include a list of things you have already tried to resolve the issue
3. Include screenshots of errors if at all possible
4. Include a screenshot of all the files in your file folder and tell us how large the folder is in GB.
5. Include your account name, and your character in game name (DO NOT put your password out)
6. Include your operating system (Windows 7, Windows XP etc)
7. Post your own threads instead of just posting "i'm having the same issue" on someone else's thread
8. Keep an eye out for replies and/or possible solutions to your problem
9. Come back and post a reply on your thread if/when your issue is resolved
10. Include possible buffs you have on at the time, and figure out if it happens without the buffs on.
