Game Support Format

1. Try to include as much information as possible about what the problem is
2. Include a list of things you have already tried to resolve the issue
3. Include screenshots of errors if at all possible
4. Include your account name, and your character in game name (DO NOT put your password out)
5. Include your operating system (Windows 7, Windows XP etc)
6. Post your own threads instead of just posting "i'm having the same issue" on someone else's thread
7. Keep an eye out for replies and/or possible solutions to your problem
8. Come back and post a reply on your thread if/when your issue is resolved
9. Include possible buffs you have on at the time, and figure out if it happens without the buffs on.
